A-Abiding Care, Charter Member of the Park Ridge Health Care Forum, partnered with Resurrection Medical Center and the American Heart Association on December 8th for a healthy cooking demonstration for the community and caregivers. The cooking demonstration was led by Chef Sylvia Meléndez-Klinger. Sylvia is a registered dietitian of the American Dietetic Association and a licensed dietitian nutritionist. She was awarded Outstanding Dietitian of 2009 by the Illinois Dietetic Association – West Suburban.
